With over 25 years of experience leading technology and transformation programmes across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia, Liz brings a rare combination of global regulatory exposure and hands-on delivery experience to every engagement. Having worked inside and alongside some of the world's most heavily regulated financial institutions, Liz saw first-hand the growing gap between AI adoption and the governance frameworks needed to manage its risk responsibly. TOLT was founded to close that gap. Prior to founding TOLT, Liz held senior roles at Credit Suisse, HSBC, Barclaycard, AIB, EY, Accenture, and Microsoft gaining first-hand experience of how the world's most heavily regulated financial institutions operate, transform, and manage risk at scale.
